Production Manager

As the Production Manager, you'll play a central role in leading the customer projects from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating the planning, scheduling, ordering, and delivery of materials, crews, and subcontractors for different construction projects. To do this effectively, you'll have industry experience and be proficient in contractor software to accurately and efficiently track projects.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry.

  • Experience in production management for roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, solar, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC.

  • Background in building relationships with lumber yards, manufacturers and other vendors.

  • Proficiency in contractor software for managing project logistics.

  • Knowledge of tracking and managing materials inventory.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional customer service experience, ensuring that all client interactions are courteous, respectful, and reflective of Refined Home Services' values. 

  • Industry licenses, certifications or degrees in the field are a plus!

  • Valid driver’s license.

Sales Manager

This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Sales Manager at our Atkinson, NH, location. The Sales Manager position converts supplied leads from the company into happy and loyal customers. In addition, you will identify and prospect new customers, build and maintain client relationships, conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the production and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales success and achieving targets in the home improvement industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Experience bidding on exterior home renovation and/or electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.

  • Knowledge of roofing, windows, siding, doors, and decks is preferred.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using professional contracting software and mobile apps to generate proposals.

  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field a plus.

  • Valid driver's license.

Administrative Specialist

​As an Administrative Specialist, you will handle all incoming communications to Refined Home Services. You'll enter data into our customer relationship management systems, manage job and customer details, and schedule appointments. Daily tasks include checking the mailbox, depositing checks, and managing invoices and collections. You'll ensure license renewals and verify rebates, credits, and returns. You'll support the Production Manager, Bookkeeper, and Sales team with administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email, social media).

  • Proficiency in data entry systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in scheduling and managing appointments.

  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and collections processes.

  • Ability to verify rebates, credits, and returns accurately.

  • Reliable and dependable in daily office tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments (Production, Bookkeeping, Sales).

  • Valid driver's license.
