Project Manager
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Project Manager to oversee day-to-day job site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage crews, coordinate materials, and maintain excellent customer relations throughout each project.
This is a full-time position with expected working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Project & Job Site Management

Arrive on-site before the crew to oversee setup and daily operations

Document project progress with photos and detailed job notes in CRM app
-
Verify all materials on-site and coordinate with the Production Manager regarding shortages or issues

Inspect job sites for pre-existing damages and document findings
-
Inspect decking and underlayment conditions and report additional work requirements
-
Coordinate inspections with local municipalities when required
-
Ensure all debris is removed and job sites remain clean and organized
-
Conduct final walkthroughs with crew leaders and homeowners
-
Ensure all jobs meet quality standards before completion
Safety & Compliance

Maintain safe working conditions during material loading and project execution

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Inspect final magnetic sweeps and site cleanup upon project completion
Customer Communication

Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project

Explain findings, concerns, and additional work requirements when necessary

Collect customer approvals and signatures for change orders when applicable

Request final payment upon project completion
Operations
-
Coordinate dumpster removal and material pickups
-
Return unused materials to the shop or supplier
-
Review upcoming job sites and materials prior to installation dates

Order materials for contracted projects and schedule deliveries

Manage crews for upcoming projects in the production queue

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in CRM app
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in construction project management, roofing, or related field preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable using mobile apps, job tracking software, and taking/uploading photos

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to work outdoors and visit active job sites daily

This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Sales Rep at our Kingston, NH location. The Sales Rep position converts supplied and self-generated leads into happy and loyal customers. In addition, you will identify and prospect new customers, build and maintain client relationships, conduct inspections for estimates, create sales presentations, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the production and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications

10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales success and achieving targets in the home improvement industry.

As an Administrative Specialist, you will handle all incoming communications to Refined Home Services. You'll enter data into our customer relationship management systems, manage job and customer details, and schedule appointments. Daily tasks include checking the mailbox, depositing checks, and managing invoices and collections. You'll ensure license renewals and verify rebates, credits, and returns. You'll support the Production Manager, Bookkeeper, and Sales team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
