A: Payment is due upon delivery and can be made in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Q: What is included in the initial payment for the dumpster rental?
A: The initial payment covers a 1-week rental of the dumpster. Each additional day beyond the initial 1 week incurs a $10 charge.
Q: Is the dumpster automatically picked up after 1 week?
A: No, you must call us when you have finished with the dumpster to schedule a pick-up. We do not automatically pick it up.
Q: Will my driveway be protected from damage when the dumpster is placed?
A: We use planks to help protect your driveway; however, RHS Rentals is not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Q: Do you provide covers for the dumpsters?
A: No, we do not provide covers for the dumpsters.
Q: Are the dumpster dimensions listed on your website exact?
A: The dimensions listed on our dumpster page are approximate, and we do have a few with slightly different dimensions.
Q: Are there any regulations regarding how the dumpsters should be loaded?
A: By law, our dumpsters must be level with the sides and covered when placed on the truck.

A: The amount of trash you can dispose of varies depending on the dumpster size:

A: Yes, recyclables are accepted, but they must be placed at the back of the dumpster near the door for easy separation.
